Class Registration Form

Thank you for contacting us. If you are reserving a space in an evening class, we will contact you by phone to confirm your reservation and to get your credit card information. We require the pre-payment of $20/person/class. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before class or your payment is non-refundable. 21 years and over only. Minimum class size is 6 people; maximum is 20.
